Ken's Bio E-mail

Ken is a native Okie, having lived in Oklahoma all his life. He currently resides on his Tarbone Ranch in SW Oklahoma with his wife, Tammy. He has been fortunate to live a lifelong dream come true. After graduating Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Zoology he worked for the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation as a Fisheries Biologist. A change of career occurred in 1983 after Ken won the first Super BASS tournament. The $100,000 prize money allowed him to pursue professional angling as his next dream.

Since that time, Ken has enjoyed a career fishing tournaments and marketing products for his sponsors while at the same time helping thousands of others understand and enjoy the sport of bass fishing.

Ken and Tammy built their home on Tarbone Ranch in 1995 and have managed the property for trophy big game hunting since then. They plan to retire from professional fishing after the 2009 season and conduct big game hunts on the property.
